This paper summarizes how to construct the embedded control system that apply C8051F005 chip to the microware equipment. The closed-loop controlling system in constant temperature is used effectually to microwave chemistry special equipment, which combines embedded system with infrared temperature measurement technique. it upgrades for control performance, and improves for the controlling temperature precision and automatization of the equipment. It has better performance-value ratio that can be applied to the normal microwave equipments of medium or low power.The development situation of microwave chemistry and functions of C8051F005 chip's technology are researched in, as well as the method to build hardware and software system embedded is used. According to the requirements, the project is accomplished by myself, which include to design all scheme of application system, to draw the circuitries and printed circuits of embedded system, to design software framework and program codes, to purchase all components, to set up circuitries, to debug software modules, to integrate system, to modify bugs period integrate software with hardware.Terse conclusion:1. The both controlling temperature precision and automaticity are effectively improved in microwave chemistry special equipment which combines embedded control technology with infrared temperature measurement technology. To accomplish a constant temperature closed-loop autocontrol system in real-time.2. The embedded chip C8051F005 is a fully integrated mixed-signal SoC with multi- channels analog and digital peripherals that allows the user to select the exact mix of general purpose Port I/O and digital resources needed for his particular application in the Crossbar control switches, to building a better embedded system in performance- value ratio.3. Time-sharing multitask that solve slow response reaction of peripheral has powerful utilities to build embedded software system, advance efficiency for program. This software framework has a clear time-sequence control relation, so it helps your to understand, and to maintain software system.4. To using anti-jamming technology with many methods in hardware and software technique, the embedded system's reliability is realized in the strong electromagnetic interference environment.
