So, absorbing domestic and foreign experience in related fields and technologies mature, keep in step with computers, microelectronics, embedded Internet technology and the pace of development, design a convenient, accurate, real-time high of infrared temperature measurement system, to improve the railway industry transport efficiency, and lower transport security risks has played a very active role.This paper take Thnet Company's portable temperature and image acquisition instrument as the background .This paper has developed a set of embedded infrared temperature measurement system. The system has been the supplement of infrared determination system of train wheel axles. Embedded infrared temperature measurement system To explore the process of bearing temperature drop under the laws of nature, make the temperature reduction algorithms as the core and equipped with more advanced devices and image acquisition system to achieve an accurate target thermometer detection, reduced the driver's misjudgment of the bearing temperature and avoid possible accidents , accelerated the trucking efficiency.This paper focus on embedded operating principle of infrared temperature measurement system, embedded hardware design, system driver and application software design and implementation of methods.The major tasks are as follows:First,do much research and verification on the temperature reduction algorithm to find the basic theory of temperature reduction algorithm. Determine the number of potential about temperature reduction algorithm which in the application of this system.and the temperature reduction algorithm is derived confirmatory. Second, for the system to achieve the function of major hardware design implementation, embedded systems hardware platform was built. The system of infrared temperature measurement module, image acquisition module, data storage module and the hardware required for wireless communication modules were studied. Third, use the modular design concept to develop software. build the development environment for the embedded infrared temperature measurement system drivers and applications.More advance development methods are used to achieve the corresponding functional blocks. Fourth, the system integrated, cutting and eventually achieved a set of image acquisition, infrared temperature measurement, wireless data transmission and other functions in an infrared temperature measurement system. Fifth, the optimization of the system has been studied, the original temperature of the algorithm has been improved and propose two new calculation methods.The advantages and disadvantages of three types of algorithms were compared,the relevant conclusions was educed also.
