Body temperature is an important vital sign of the human,many diseases often lead to body temperature changes.Measuring body temperature is usually a preliminary means to judge the state of the human.Spring and autumn are the high incidence of epidemics,the students are susceptible groups which in primary and secondary schools and kindergarten,infrared thermometer with the advantages of fast,accurate and non-contact,has been used widely.In this paper,a portable infrared forehead thermometer is designed.According to the schematic diagram of the circuit,the infrared temperature measurement is simulated by using Proteus visual design,and then PCB and physical objects are produced.The medical infrared sensor MLX90615 is adopted,with the advantages of fast and accurate in temperature measuring.The lithium battery is adopted,designed the charging management and the voltage conversion circuit,saving energy and protect the environment.Using single-chip MSP430G2553,low power programming,with three independent keys,achieving different functions with Mealy state machine programming.The buzzer is used to alarm when the temperature is abnormal.SCM controlled the collected data displayed on the OLED,and sent data to the host computer by Bluetooth at the same time.The host computer is developed on the Lab VIEW platform,and manage the information by establishing the database.The host computer includes user login system and body temperature data management system.The data are displayed,alarmed and stored in the body temperature data management system.The stored data will be playback in the XY diagram and the form,to find out the maximum,minimum and the average body temperature,with functions of data printing and backup.Finally,debugging the system,analyzed the impact factors of infrared temperature,proposed solutions.
