OA is a kind of comprehensive technique, which highlydepends on the advanced information technique and system science andbehavior science. OA is one of the important sign in information society.In modern enterprises, a piece of complex job usually needs differentparticipators work together cooperatively in different phases. It is a pity thatthe existing information system has serious deficiencies in coordinatingparticipators to work on a common job. WfMS(Workflow ManagementSystems), by adopting Workflow technique, has solved the above-mentionedproblem effectively. The implementation of Workflow technique has becomean important measure for modern enterprises to consummate operationprocedures as well as to be more competitive.The concept of work flow comes from the areas of productionorganization and OA. This concept is brought forward aiming at the activitieswhich have regular procedure in the daily work. Through decomposing workactivities into the tasks and roles and rules and procedures to perform andsurveille it, we can attain the purpose to improve the power of productionorganization and work efficiency. The technique of work flow offers anadvanced measure for those enterprises which want to better realize themanagement object.The system of work flow management is a software system. Itaccomplishes the definition and management of work flow and makes thework flow instance execute according to the work flow logic predefined inthe computer.The main goal of WfMS is making business process execute by certainsequence and realizing business process's automation, which collaborate allaspects in the business process according to utilize relative informationresource and human resource. It can make workflow by specification, to realizecomputer assistant control.Taking the design and realization of the OA System of MovieWonderland, in this paper, we take analysis on the Workflow technique,design and realize a Workflow Management System on the basis of WEBby taking Workflow Management Coalition,WfMC as the foundation ofreference model of Workflow.Workflow modeling expresses practical management process in the formof computer language. It is the base of Workflow management technology. Ialso research, analyze and realization the modeling of Petri net in the systemof Workflow Management System. The Modeling basing on the Petri net is amodeling tool aggregating graphics mode and mathematics mode, and is anideal formalization of modeling tool. The course modeling applying theameliorated Petri-net --WF-net mainly achieves in the following aspects:1. On the basis of the analysis on the system structure of WorkflowManagement System, we make analysis and comparison on the variousmodeling methods of Workflow entities. And mainly focus our attention onthe modeling technique of WF-net basing on Workflow techniques. Themodeling of WF-net provides an impelling description method for thecomplex flow system being provided with parallelity , seriality , circulationand selecting components.2. On the basis of WF-net, we discuss the MetaLanguage of Workflow,the transition of MetaLanguage to Petri-net, the definition, modules, transfermechanism and triggering mechanism of WF-net.3. A specific modeling and analysis is made on the basis of the practicalapplication need, on the combination of examples of the purchasingprocedure, with the application of WF-net.The documents are the medium for communicating and transmittingamong all persons taking part in work flow. In this paper, OA involvesexcessively with the documents, especially mode of tables, and they needoften change as needed For the sake of a uniform standard and theconvenience of the users, this office system adopts compilation instrumentfor document template. The instrument offers many practical functions,unifies the design standard and put up a flat roof for users to set up, amendand conserve the document template.
