Since the beginning of the 1990s, accompanied by information technology, especially the rapid development of network technology, information technology has become a focus of attention and the economic growth pattern of saving resources and reducing cost is the ongly way forward to the saving community. The rapid of internet technology has changed the access, possession, use, processing and exchange of resources, thus urging people strong demand on the rapid flow of information and effective sharing produced, and the rapid development and broad application of information technology, especially networking technology, and also has provided effective application for sharing of network resources. Sharing resources is an effective way of optimizing the utilization of resources and improving information services. How to define mechanisms for sharing of information resources, deepen understanding of the principles of sharing mechanisms, accurate grasp firmly and accurately the operational bottlenecks and corresponding breakthrough strategies are important issues of the current academic community needed to solve .All around these issues, integrating resources sharing practical needs of equipment resources information, the paper providing a way of information resources sharing applications.The equipment resources information in all factories and mines and enterprises and scientific research institutes mainly have four features: (1) diversity types;(2) standard differences;(3) geographical distribution;(4) specificity in providing services. The resulting two challenging research issues: (1)How to store and manage these digital resources of different attributes together efficiently;(2) How different services based on different resources .Existing equipment resources information management system hasn't a very good solution on these issues. A good network sharing system on equipment resources information is designed and realized in this paper.The equipment resources information network sharing system is the application software to help factories and mines enterprises and researchinstitutes to achieve the activities of the equipment resources information resources allocation. The system, based on network technology and database technology, provides application software modules supporting various kinds of equipment resources information network sharing. It makes scattered factories and mines enterprises and research institutes complete equipment resources information network sharing. Focused on equipment resources information sharing as the main theme, the paper organizes reasonably and effectively equipment resources information scattered in factories and mines enterprises and research institutes through information technology. It enable users not only to find the equipment resources needed quickly and accurately and book online conveniently but also to shorten communication cycle among the formalities to achieve low-cost, convenient and efficient use of equipment ultimately. The operating of the system makes equipment resources serve users of scientific and research in the most effective manner while improving equipment resources utilization.Firstly, the functionality needs of the equipment resources information network sharing system to factories and mines and enterprises and scientific research institutes is analyzed in the article. Then based on the needs and current advanced .Net technology an excellent solution is designed from a more outstanding overall. According to the functional requirements and system solutions the system model is created overall from different angles using of UML modeling tool, and then a detailed structured programmed is gradually com into being. Based on the main functions requirements of the equipment resources information network sharing system, combined with needs of the structured procedures, a rational structured database is designed. Lastly, the article gives the realization to the equipment resources information network sharing of one university , and also the content of studying and a summary of key technologies, and looks further research.
