Research Of The WebGIS Application In Train Diagram Information System

The train diagram is the base of railway organization, and it is the integrated plan of railway trasportation. Along with the great development of railway information construction, train diagram computerization system popularized among the whole railway and consummated day by day, now the construction of the train diagram information system has been an important task of the railway department.Based of the space distributing characteristic,it must be a key stone in the research that how to introduce the WebGIS into the system to increase its intuitionistic and intercommunion.On account of this foothold,the paper analyses the different system structures and technologies that one based on server and the other based on client.It chooses the client ActiveX technology to be the main technology to construct our train diagram information system,and designs an archetype system with other Oracle Sptail Database technology, VBScript technology,ADO.NET Data-access technology under the ASP.NET development platform. According to the target and the requirement of the system, the paper gives out the function design, the holistic structure design and the data flow analysis.And it mainly designs the space data structure and the attribute data structure of the railway net GIS sub-system and the diagram GIS sub-system.After that, the paper make out an experiment environmentradopting the Maplnfo map of Chengdu railway bureau Da-cheng company as the experiment map;adopting Maplnfo 6.5 to correct the map;adopting Maplnfo Easy Loader to upload the map;adopting Oracle 8i to keep and manage the datas;adopting ASP.NET as our system developing flatform;adopting Windows 2000 Server(IIS5.0) as our web server;adopting VBScript to write client script program;adopting MapX to deal with the client GIS operation.And the paper also gives out the program interface between railway GIS sub-system and diagram GIS sub-system,and describes the difficult in carrying out diagram GIS sub-system and data maintenance' sub-system simply.At last,the advantage and disadvantage are given out.
