Along with the technical and quick development of science, newspaper, periodical, broadcast, television, network, message etc, media education has already constituted the main part that we live, produce the tremendous influence to the whole social and each individual. Meanwhile the nonage are placing in the period that the mind and body is growing fast and the foundation stone of the morals conviction and the knowledge structure is lying. All of this is come to a decision that the nonage are drove easily by the negative factor influence that the mass media brings. Because they are worried the mass media and the popular culture manufactured by mass media, British scholar and the educator in Denmark put forward the opinion of media education in 30's in 20 centuries.The media education is a new subject in our country. But with the negative influence of mass media to social development, more and more people have understood the media education in our country. Because the local educational circles still placed in the period of introducing, referencing and studying on the concrete research contents, we can not construct the contents of the media education that adapt the circumstance of our country.From the origin of the media education in the foreign country, the popular culture contacted with the media education tightly and the popular culture is always studied by media education. The difference circumstance of popular culture between the west and our country come to a decision that we must find out the media education manners to match our country, therefore, this theory is trying to construct the contents of the media education in our country from the broadcast of the popular culture .
