SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is today one of the most popular topic in computer industry, based on standard, flexible, loosely coupled are SOA's key words, it will completely change the existing enterprise IT framework. After several decades of enterprise informationization construction, enterprises have been in existence many scattered isolated applications. With the expanding business scale, integration has become the urgent needs of today's enterprises. The paper first analyse the deficiency of traditional methods and technologies of enterprise integration such as point-to-point integration, it is complex, high costs, difficult to preserve and closely coupled with specific manufacturers of EAI middleware integration methods. Although SOA is not a new concept, traditional distributed communications technologies such as CORBA, DCOM, and RMI also can be achieved SOA, but they have shortcomings, can not completely reflect the SOA essence. The emergence and rise of Web Services technology inject new contents into SOA. Web Services is based on standard distributed communications technology, it is independent from platform and programming language, it provides platform for interoperation between distributed systems in isomerous environments.The paper introduce the SOA concept and Web Services related technologies, followed, give a detailed introduction of the service-oriented analysis and design of a new software engineering methodologies,and introduces the SOA modelling principles and services modelling process. Then, describes the paper given five-tier enterprise IT architecture that based on SOA and Web Services. The core of the architecture is using the SOA ideological to decompose existing enterprise information systems into a number of independent coarse granularity services, and these services using WSDL (Web Services Description Language) packaging. These services have become the basic standard "building materials" of the new generation of enterprise IT system. Interoperations between information systems must pass through the abstract services layer, thereby, conceal the original location and the realizationtechnical of information systems. Also uses BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) to flexible assernb services, forms diversified business work flow, and achieve dynamic business models, make enterprise IT systems more flexible. The final of this paper also give a detailed implementation schema of enterprise SOA services integration platform, including messages router, and service components, business components and service management functions. It also proposed and achieved a request-callback model of asynchronous messages communication mechanism.
