As one of the transport, the forklift's production belongs to the automotive industry. Automobile industry, as one of the mainstay industry in our country, is developing very fast. Competition for automobile industry is fierce day by day. The painting technology, which is one of the four techniques in automobile industry, is developing fast in resent years, its request for techniques is becoming higher and higher.This article combines construction of painting production line of the fork lifter, and it first discusses the technical character of painting production line and automatic control system design. It also develops the painting line automatic control system based on the field bus. This system is mainly composed by the supervisory computer, the PLC control system and locate intelligence monitoring device and so on, the system make the painting line be controlled dispersedly and managed intensively. It also elaborates the integral construction of field bus control system of PROFIBUS, and gives a detail elaboration at aims of the main constituent - from the station connection, the master station connection as well as the supervisory software and the design and development of PROFIBUS-DP field bus control system.In the drying system the combustion temperature of burner is the very important parameter, contrapose the burner, makes theoretically research of temperature controlling. Because the control of burner temperature has features of inertia, pure lag and non-determinacy, so the paper proposes the forecast intelligence control strategy, and suggest improves the controlling automatically on painting line, in order to make it enhance the production efficiency.At the end of the paper, by using the Simulink tool in Matlab, I give the simulation experiment on the forecast intelligence control system of burner temperature. Thesimulation result has confirmed the robustness and validity of this control strategy and has the value of popularization and application.
