The Innovative Research On The Library Management

Nowadays, it is intellectually-economized society. Knowledge is growing rapidly. Library is the center of knowledge and information in the society and it plays an important part in the development of the society. As the extensive application of the advanced technology in the library, the function of the library should have produced social benefits. Reasons are diverse from the library itself and the influence of society, economy and culture. The author finds the existing problems from the important elements that affect the development of the library, analyzing it from management and sums up the theory and practical experience of our library and libraries at home and abroad, then puts forward effective measures of improving the management of library.The author analyzes it from three parts: the historical evolution from the development of libraries, the process of evolution from scientific thinking of management and science and technology in management of libraries. Meanwhile, the author considers comprehensively the deep reasons of history, society, economy and culture that cause the current reasons that affect the scientific management of libraries.First, systematic theory is applied into the management of libraries and it can make libraries interconnected and efficiently-round open management system. In the interior management, the library is divided into three subsystems: the system of party construction and idea, the system of administrative management and collective activities and the system of management of business and function. The author states it from concept, politics, systems and business study and illustrates every kind of element to secure the construction and development of libraries.Secondly, the author points out the staff in the library should fully develop their active initiative and innovative forms that are managed by democracy should be applied to the management of every system. The management of library can be formed into reticulated, tri-dimensional and energetic circulating modes. Meanwhile, the author designs the evaluation systems of libraries and establishes suitable one for our own library. So it can adapt to the current needs of libraries in our country.Finally, the author prospects the trend of management on the libraries.
