The subject and investigative outlays of this dissertation rely on two projects, The Demonstration of Manufacturing-base on Informatization in the City of Mianyang and The Investigation and Development of the Open Network CNC System based on ARM and DSP Techniques, which are being studied by the author's tutor. And the objects of the two projects are the investigation and development of economical CNC system based on ARM. In order to reduce the pressure of the training of CNC workers and solve the problem of scarcity of CNC training equipments, the author selects the subject, which incarnates the rule that Techniques serve society, and which named The Investigation and Development of Open Industrial Control Module and the CNC Training System. This dissertation is mainly developed with the new CNC training system and the economical CNC system based on open industrial module. The two systems constitute a new CNC service.The dissertation establishes new regulations of the new training CNC system. The author has completed a new plan of training CNC system, which contains 4 functions. And the designs of the theory of multifunctional cutting worktable and the designs of performing machine also have been finished.The dissertation develops the new industrial control module based on ARM and uClinux techniques, which is called XKX-1. And the new module not only supports the CNC system, but also promotes the application of control engineering.The author has also designed the economical CNC system based on XKX-1, which contains the research and the implementation of the computer-sampling-interpolation arithmetic. All CNC software are developed on the uClinux OS, and they are completely new and original in the parts of theories and implementations.
