With the development of computer technology,the management efficiency and openness of industrial control systems have become an im portant indicator to measure the degree of industrial informatization.A set of industrial control software with high control efficiency,high degree of openness and easy maintenance is an important guarantee for the economic and safety of production.At present,the openness of some industrial control systems is not enough,and advanced control algorithms are difficult to implement in these systems,which restricts the improvement of control level.This paper designs a set of industrial control software wi th refined structure,efficient management,lower hardware and software costs for the industrial production process,which can meet the needs of real-time control on site.System frameworks are the soul of the system.This article introduces the system framework from three angles of data structure,function module,and software process function allocation.The framework designed in this paper has important features such as nesting of data structure,hierarchization of module design,and separation of operations.In addition,this article has made a detailed design for the internal communication of the entire system,including three links: downloading configuration files,online parameter broadcasti ng,and online command issuance.Functions are the concrete embodiment of the system.This paper designs and implements many key functions of control systems,including module grouping functions that support partial control strategy closure,shared memory real-time data areas for processing real-time data transactions,periodic computing modes for module operation requests,and hardware Information authorization and verification functions,system operation interface that provides users with interactive services.Openness is important to industrial control systems.This article explains the open capabilities from multiple angles,including data openness realized in three ways: OPC,MODBUS,and external data interface,and module opening realized by loading external algorithm programs with a general algorithm container,supporting multiple interface drawing methods And compatible with multiple operating systems.The design framework and implementation of the industrial control system proposed in this paper effectively improve the open capability of the control system,allow external programs or external algorithms to participate in the production control link,and play a reference role in improving control capabilities and automation.
