The Research And Realization Of Bank Customer Intercourse System Based On J2EE

For the sake of upgrading quality of customer service, the customer communion system is attended at large by banks. The system can service customers, and effectively reduce the cost of communication. J2EE which is defined by Sun inc is a criterion of exploiting distributed enterprise application. Therefore, this paper analyses actual research situation in the field, and researches the basic theory and technology in J2EE framework, designs and achieves the problem.The paper brings forward B/S three-layer structure based on J2EE. The frame adds a logic layer between the two layers. Business processing module of client is separated, so reduces the load of network. Simultaneously, MVC pattern is imported, and detaches business processing and display portion. Web of JSP/Servlet+EJB is developed by MVC pattern. This way solves the problem of customer requirement.In the paper, firstly it analyzes the theory of three-layer structure, and illuminates chiefly the characteristic of flexibility, expansibility and security. Secondly, the paper introduces the private technology about J2EE resolution and MVC pattern, it solves the problem of module multi-using. By using framework designing, on the basis of analyzing module and combining BEA WebLogic Server, at last the customer communication system is achieved.The system has many characters by adopting parameter configuration and customizing message template. Due to the parameter arrange and information pattern plate, the operation procedure is simple and clear. The research achieves the desire of system elementarily.
