Faced with the numerous challenges which are put forward during the development of modern science and technology, analytical instruments are going through great changes. Micromation, integration and convenience of instrument are in obvious development trend. Micro total analytical system is a typical representation of them in this developing period.Summarization of current manufacturing methods of microfluidic chip and Laser Carve technology is made in the article. This method is of important innovative value.According to the principle of the controller of CO2 marking machine and the principle of image processing, the laser marking software, which is suitable to BMP image for scanning marking, is built in this paper. The main task of this software is to receive the good effect of the image and to obtain the datum to following marking process through using the successful methods of image processing during the laser marking. The paper particularly stresses on the software, which includes image processing and the distilling datum to laser marking.Usually, a BMP file includes four parts, bitmap file header, bitmap info header, RGBQUAD and the data of image. The CDIB class that is defined in this paper is based on the object oriented programming method of Visual C++ in order to accomplish reading, writing and display of the image files ,and offers width, height and color of the files.There are two kinds of laser states in laser marking system, laser-open and laser-close that correspond to black and white in one image. So binary image is required by binarization of image with appropriate threshold of vary original image. The spatial relationship between the objects of the image will be changed by geometrical transformation. The geometrical distortion of the image will be received by the combination of move transform, mirror transform, transposition, reversal transform, rotation transform and so on.The software creates files of the way to the laser head and the data of theinterpolation are given after. And then the program of interpolation of half deviation-bestgeometrical way by masm32 realizes the control of the step motors in X, Y and the power of laser. On the basis of these, the machine is able to work.The whole scheme of the control system of stand-alone of laser engraving machine is established and the process of research and manufacturing of the machine is completed by the hardware and software. The machine made can accomplish the mode of carving, bitmap working. The process of working is steady and reliable and the effective is good.
