Cells are the basic unit of organism structure and function, cell particularitydetermines the particularity of the individual. Therefore, in-depth analysis of the cell is tosolve life’s mysteries, the key to transformation life and conquer the disease. Analysis ofsingle cells carried by components can reflect more comprehensive information, can bemore in-depth understanding of the difference between the individual cells. The emergenceof microfluidic chip system provides a platform for single cell research.Study on single cellin microfluidic chip primary problem is the problem of cell drive. Our own design a microfluidic chip analysis system, Theanalysis of system has simple structure, low cost, In ordinary laboratory can complete theentire building of the entire analysis system.The main research content of this paper:1.On the micro fluid drive method in microfluidic chip of study,take the mechanicaldrive mode of pneumatic micro pump to drive cells.2.After the study of microfluidic chip, a successful used in microfluidic chip micropumps, pneumatic and control pneumatic micro pump peripheral circuit isdesigned.Using Visual Basic programming language parallel interface control program,through the design of amplifier circuit drive after two three-way solenoid valve, realizethe pneumatic micro pump to switch between the various pneumatic control.3.After the study of microfluidic detection technology, cell detection of micro opticaldetection system has been designed, and write and use the matlab software is used forthe detection of cell image processing GUI interface to the detected rate of yeast cells and the size of the detection, experiment proves the feasibility of the system.Due to the limitation of time, the safety of the system as a whole and to analyze thereliability of the stability need further.The design of single cell driver and detection ofmicrofluidic analysis system of yeast cell detection accuracy to a certain extent, but forother types of cells detection accuracy needs to be improved.
