| With the development of computer control technique, electronic jacquard machines have widely used to weave necktie, brand, ribbon and many other kinds fabric. It has two types: electronic jacquard halter and electronic jacquard card.Electronic Jacquard Controller(EJC) is an embedded control system in the jacquard orientation, which connects with Fabric-CAD and the weaving.This paper include four parts. At first, we introduces embedded system and operation systerm.It compares uClinux with uC/OS. Next, a ARM embedded linux controller is discussed in detail, which is designed for electronic jacquard card . The following, we successfully sovled thedifficulties of porting uClinux into ARM hardware platform.Next,wediscusses how to use mtd/jffs2 under μClinux on DOC.Next ,we discusses the control needle systerm of electronic jacquard card. At last, a sum-up and prospect of the electronic card embeded control system are gived.Syncretizing virtues of arm and uClinux and developing a newcontroller,and Creating jffs2 partition on the DiskOnChip are the innovation of this paper. |
