After having analyzed intelligent measuring/controlling technology development status and trend, the design use new MCU and computer hardware & software technology and field bus technology to develop intelligent measuring/controlling node of switching power, which including signal conversion, data collection, intelligent controlling, long-distance communication and other functions. In order to meet system's needs, enhance system's opening, reliability and communication function, CAN bus technology is the first time to apply to the system of anticorrosive power. Its practicability is important for the switching project.The first, after introducing the importance of the anticorrosive project, the paper summarize the technology development trend an application status of the stem, and demonstrate that it is necessary and significant to develop intelligent measuring/controlling node based on CAN bus according to the status in the anticorrosive project. The second, cathode protection technology basic principle and CAN bus basic technology is introduced. The third, according to this item application and consumer demand, summarize system design tasks and rules, researched some of the system key technology. Put forward programmable excitation new technology and built system development architecture and analyzed all modules' function and its role. The end, around the requirement of the whole system, node driving program design thinking to establish MCU system software architecture is presented. System integration a test is presented. And the main conclusion of this dissertation is summarized and future research work is put forward.In the design, advanced electronic technology and MCU technology are combined closely. Utilizing PC resource, the system can deal with huge field data and process real-time controlling.After using the measuring/controlling system, the anticorrosive project can realize nobody-duty management. So this accomplished work has high practical value and referential significance in the area of anticorrosive project.
