The grain situation measuring and controlling system has become the modernized grain storage necessary security Grain preserve management infrastructure. In four item of grain preserve new technology ( The grain cools, Mechanical ventilation, Circulation fume, Grain situation measure and control), the Grain situation measure and control is a foundation, is the grain preserve success's or failure's key, it is each item of grain preserve technology running status viewer and the movement result real reflection. At present our country's grain situation measuring and controlling system has some problems, urgent needs to design one kind newly to adapt our country national grain situation measuring and controlling system. Complied with the situation need, this article has designed one kind grain situation measuring and controlling system based on the low pressure power line carrier..This system is composed of the superior machine (the PC computer), the measuring and controlling main apparatus , the measuring and controlling extension apparatus, the temperature and humidity instrument, the collection station ,the air blower controller, the temperature measurement cable and so on. It is one includes the grain situation measure, the intelligent analysis and the air blower controll bigger scale computer system. The superior machine and the main apparatus places the computer room of the grain situation measuring and controlling system, Their distance is very near, between connects with RS232. the extension apparatus to place each extension apparatus box, they use the grain storage ready-made low pressure power line are connected through the low pressure electric power carrier and the main apparatus. the temperature and humidity instrument, the collection station ,the air blower controller meet the extension apparatus through special-purpose four core cable. The temperature measurement cable and the collection station is connected.The main apparatus and the extension apparatus are the typical microprocessor system, select contains Flash memory's AT89C51 (or AT89C52) the microprocessor system, like this does not need to carry on program memory's expansion, both reduced the volume, the weight and to enhance the reliability. the main apparatus is mainly completes the superior machine and the extension apparatus correspondence protocol conversion, it connects the superior machine by 232 levels, and connects extension apparatus by special-purpose electric power modulation demodulation chip SC1128 through the power circuit.
