The paper is developed based on the mission of the GSM technology corrosion power measuring/controlling system, Design hardware circuit based on GSM technology corrosion power measuring/controlling nodes and management software based on C/S structure are the key projects.Traditional wisdom corrosion monitoring system for monitoring power geographical concentration, and the construction wiring are difficult to use large-scale projects, essays in the analysis of the shortcomings of traditional corrosion power control system, made long-distance data transmission technology based on GSM smart corrosion power control node, GSM communications and agreements designed to corrosion power control system monitoring software, the software used C/S structure, realized collection of data preservation, data sharing and analysis and dissemination.The first use MCU technology to achieve Overall hardware circuit design of corrosion power smart monitoring nodes, and highlights the GSM smart monitoring nodes and GSM transmission module communications interface circuits design, and focus on the interface circuits, designed a communications agreement between PC and smart monitoring node. The second, designed the manage software based on C/S structure and GSM module setting software, the final details of database module in the manage software is introduced, and the overall test of hardware systems and software systems are given, it is effective in the monitoring system.After using the measuring/controlling system, the anticorrosive project application can realize nobody-duty management and lowcost. So this research and design has high practical value and referential significance in the area of anticorrosive project.
