Research And Development Of Logistics Management Information Svstem For Decorative Fabric Enterdrise

In the 21st century, the thought of "promoting industrialization by informationization" accelerates the development of enterprises. The enthusiasm of enterprises for informationization has been significantly enhanced, which also provides a good opportunity for informationization of logistics management. Especially in recent years, with the globalization of trade and integration of world economy, China is becoming the manufacturing center and procurement center in the world. As a result, the logistics industry has developed rapidly and more and more importance has been attached to the logistics as "the third profit headspring" of enterprise. Under this backdrop, the industry as an important economic sector also needs to use information systems urgently during accelerating the transformation and industrial upgrading to respond rapidly to the changing market demands, optimize the allocation of logistics resources, improve logistics services level and lower logistics costs so that it runs through the whole logistics process. Therefore, the subject of this thesis supported by the project is of some theoretical significance and practical value in improving logistics management level and informatization degree, and thus enhancing the market competitiveness of decorative fabric enterprises.In this thesis, firstly logistics, logistics management information systems, as well as the status quo and meaning of the research on LMIS are introduced, which lays the foundations of the latter chapters. Then inventory management and cost control are deeply explored and analyzed, which provides theoretical guidance for development of the logistics management information system later. Finally, the overall scheme of LMIS is put forward through collecting, analyzing logistics data of a decorative fabric company roundly and comprehending the related information of the company fully. Because of the progress of this project, emphases are laid on the design of raw materials inventory subsystem, including the software architecture, the network structure, the software and hardware settings, the design of the business process, the module and the database of the system.
