Research And Implementation Of ASP Public Service Platform For Shao-Xing Textile Industry

ASP (Application Service Provider) is a combination of Internet Service Provider and traditional IT outsourcing service provider and seller. ASP provide many Internet applications for the users through LAN and WAN. The scale and complexity of these applications are very flexible. ASP lease out its practical and inexpensive Internet applications to its users, and the users can use these applications only if the Internet is available. So, enterprises that supported by ASP can be absorbed in their core business. In a word, ASP service model satisfy the industrialization requirement of small and medium enterprises, and ASP service model is an important measure to promote industrialization of these enterprises.Supported by the National High-Tech. R&D Programs for CIMS, "Development and Applications of ASP Service Platform for Textile Industry" (Grant No. 2004AA414034), we made some deeper research on the key technologies for ASP public service platform. A Multi-layer and Multi-role User Management Model and a Service overall Lifecycle Management Model are carried out.At first, a systematic survey of ASP research and the background of this thesis are given, and then the study objectives and contents of this thesis are presented.Secondly, the characteristics of ASP and six estimate standards of ASP Application Model are given. Then, an ASP Application Model, which is applicable for Shao-Xing textile industry, is presented.Thirdly, Shao-Xing Textile area networked manufacturing system is introduced and the importance of ASP Public Service Platform is given, and then the architecture for Shao-Xing textile industry ASP public service platform is established. In chapter4, A Multi-layer and Multi-role User Management Model are provided, and then a single sign-on mechanism is implemented based on it. In chapter5, in order to satisfy the requirement of Shao-Xing textile industry ASP public service platform, a Service overall Lifecycle Management Model is carried out. In chapter6, an instance is given to show the user management and service management function.Finally, the main research contents in this thesis were concluded, and the futures of ASP Public Service Platform are prospected.
