The high-speed digital circuit design is focused in modern electronic devices designing, and the development of high-speed circuit requires higher qualities of power system. The reducing voltage, the increasing current and multiple voltage levels, these changing in the power supply are challenging the Electromagnetic Compatibility of power system.The article mainly studies the EMC problem in the power system designing of the high-speed digital circuit. Firstly, the fundamental and standard of EMC is introduced, and based on these the EMC of power supply system is analyzed. The principles to solve the problem of EMC in power system are put forward. Next the paper compares the different DC power regulating technologies and their applying policies, and proposes how to choose the power supply system architecture. Then the regulator and the filter, the main policies of power system EMC, are introduced in detail. The application policies in power system are analyzed. At last the article proposes the designing strategy of board-level power distribution system, analyze the principle of decoupling, the method of choosing decoupling capacitors and their PCB designing.The paper analyses all EMC policies in the every step of the designing flow of power system, which consist of choosing the power regulating technology and power architecture, using filter and other anti-jamming measures in the power system, and the implementation of board-level power distribution system. It is valuable for the practice application.
