Now, with the development of power electronics technology, the demand for high_performance power continues to increase, making switching power supplies are widely used in military industrial, commercial and other fields. High performance switching power supplies device can provide high_quality power to the device, which greatly limits to improve product quality. But at the same time, in order to achieve to improve power quality and overall product performance purposes,.the switching frequency of the switching devices is increasing, decreasing the volume of the switching power supply, the resulting electromagnetic compatibility issue has become an important issue in the development of the switching power supply constraints.Development of high-performeance switching power supplies have many problems, including the selection and configuration of the overall design of the basic circuit, the filter circuit. Aiming at these problems, focusing on the following three parts:1. DC-DC switching power supply architectures. Through the analysis of the principle of switching power supply, switch power to identify the key points affecting performance, thus optimizing the circuit design.2. Design of the filter circuit. By analysis of the application object, the application object according to the operating frequency of the filter circuit designed to meet job requirements.3. Desgn of the cavity structure. Through the analysis of the factors affecting the electromagnetic compatibility, design cavity structure.Based on all of the above findings, produced a prototype and experiment. The experimental results obtained and show the performance parameters.
