Now there are more and more applications about VR technology, and that the virtual scene is a very important part of VR. This text introduces the concept and the actuality of national inside and outside about VR first, and then introduces the popular technology now about establishing the virtual scene. It mostly introduces how to design the virtual scene system on Internet and the key technology on the system design next. This system is composed of two parts: the compilation system and the browse system. On the compilation system, the author adopts the technology of image synthesize and image partition to synthesize and partition the scene, and uses the space partition technology to partition the virtual scene that has been synthesized. And that on the browse system, the author uses the scene prefetch technology to download the scene ahead so that it can improve the speed of download and adopts the double buffering technology to clear the phenomenon of glitter on the scene. Finally we make a test to the system and bring forward some betterment opinions.
