| This paper introduces the present development & system structure of DSS , especically studies the method of building up a DSS based on data warehouse,brings forward a new type warehouse structure. In addition this paper deeply discusses the main DSS technologies represented by OLAP, data mining and gives a improved solution in real applications. Based on the combination of latest studies in DSS field and the author's actually working experience, this paper gives out the thought of decision support integration and decision service. This thought is a unique understanding in the DSS future development. The DSS techniques mentioned in this paper have been used in electric enterprise management & operation through actual project research, which gives a workable solution in the DSS application in electric enterprise.In the second place, it narrates the primary concepts, data construction and the design method and step of DW. Then, the technology of On-Line Analytical Processing(OLAP) and Data Mining (DM) in the DW tools layer are illustrated in detail. At last, this thesis explained the application background and current On-Line Transaction Processing (OLTP) data environment about the application of DSS. Furthermore, it put forward a DSS architecture based on DW and designed the DW together with the application of OLAP and DM., the related key technologics about DSS are studied in this paper. After introducing'these data mining technologics and methods based on data warehouse, the application of these technologics are expatiated in DSS. In this paper ,the decision tree classify algorithm is choosed as the emphasis. The rapid development of bats warehouse and Data mining technologics promoted update of Decision Support System. DSS is a new application of mining technologics in Relationship Management recently.This dissertation introduced the development state and basic structure of the DSS, analyzed it with comparing method, pointed it's merit and incompetent existed, proved the necessity to discuss further. Secondly, according to the fact of enterprise, there have a rational grading to its producing course, raised LP that fit the production scheduling. Thirdly, briefly introducing the new development technology of data warehouse, illustrating the capability, necessity and merit for it's using in production scheduling.
