The Design & Application Of The 'Contract Management Information System'

In this information age, computer supported business manage system has becoming more and more important for modern corporations. As a key component of business management, how to manage business contracts is accordingly an important module for modern business management.This paper describes the design of the'Contract Information Management System', based on job flow, manage criterion and technique standard of the Karamay petrochemical company contract management. An choose of system network implementation is also given to make sure that the system can be running in a more efficient environment. This paper laid the foundation for the success development of system, analyzes the specification and the feasibility of the system implementation.After referencing existing information management system, and taking into consideration of Karamay Petroleum Company's practical conditions, we made valuable research and investigation on the contract management system. The final deployed system has been proved to be very useful in a series of aspects, including: improving contract approval efficiency, saving the cost of business management, scientifically manage contract information, improve the transparentivity of contract management, enhance the scrutinization ability, and prevent the risk brought with contracts, etc.
