Research And Realization Of E-Government System Based On Knowledge Management

In recent years, although our country E-Government made the considerable progress, but many problems, restricting the further development of our country E-Government, still need to be solved.This article, which mainly depends on the Chongqing some unit the on-line Office Automation (OA) the item and the Chongqing Banan district medical department's E-government system item, has the explicit application background, the practical background and the actual foundation. The research goal is to solve some essential technologies and tools in the field of E-government system, enhance the usability and the validity of electronic government affairs system.This article mainly contains following several contents:(1) Analyzed the connotation and the tools of knowledge management as well as the combine-relation of E-Government-affairs system, and proposed the system framework electronic government-affairs system based on the knowledge management (KM);(2) Some crucial technologies in knowledge management are studied: Knowledge representation technology, knowledge discursion technology as well as data mining technology. These researches of crucial technology for found the decision supporting system of E-government, supplementary lead makes decision-making have important meaning.(3) Proposed, designed, developed ZDReport quick report system tool. ZDReport has rich practical editing function, outstanding text styling function, report pattern template, Web function, provide report format conversion and transmission. ZDReport support many kinds of international languages, use this tool can realize knowledge extract and data mining from knowledge.(4) Participate in developed the e-government system of Chongqing Banan district medical department. In this system, the function module, including the document management, the affairs disposed and individual work-platform and the gateway Website and the information issue, are designed and realized by the author.(5) Finally, the summary of this paper is provided. Because of the imperfect in the paper, further research is proposed.
