Following the trend of small, thin, and light for developing of the electronic device at the present time, and the high frequency problems of discrete device of the EMI filter ,which caused by the parasitic parameter of the EMI filter arid the parasitic parameter of the layout, this paper present the planar integrated magnetic structure of EMI filter ,by introducing the structure of the planar integrated magnetic LC ,and uses the technique of the planar integrated magnetic to improve the performance of the EMI filter .By means of the instruction of the propagation path of the conductive EMI noise, including the instruction of the propagation path of the Common Mode(CM)noise and the Different Mode(DM) noise , it introduced the use of the EMI filter .For the sake of improving the high frequency performance of the EMI filter , it analysis the influence of the different on the EMI filter ,making three aspects research of improving the performance of the high frequency performance of the EMI filter: 1) reduce the equivalent parallel parasitic capacitance (EPC) 2) reduce the equivalent series parasitic inductor(ESL) 3)increase the high frequency loss. Through the analysis and emulation, it verified the validity the structure .At last it present the parameter of the design structure and the model, and making the emulation of the design structure.
