Planar Magnetic Integrated Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) Filter can not only improve high frequency performance, realize compact outline, achieve optimization effect in produce's structure, function, machining and so on, but also reduces time and expense for producing. By the soft of Maxwell 3D, a dummy model of planar Magnetic integrated EMI filter is set up, also the parameter of circuit model is picked up. Filter's high frequency coupling parameter is predigested. By the soft of pspice, the high frequency model is set up, also the high frequency characteristic is analysed. Two kinds of method are advised to improve high frequency characteristics of the filter: 1) reducing the equivalent parallel capacitance (EPC) of the inductors; 2) reducing the equivalent series inductance (ESL) of the capacitors. In the end, different factor to filter's performance is studied. The article gets the conclusion that material of magnetic core and the length of air can affect performance of the filter within some range.This article provides the base theory for machining Planar Magnetic Integrated Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) Filter.
