Design And Realization Of SP Management System Of Sichuan Unicom

With the transformation of telecommunication market from the traditional basic call service to the new multi- services , the adding-value sevices of China Unicom increases quickly in GSM and the CDMA mobile network.There are more than 500 SP's which are linked to the headquarters through centerazed gateway ,and more than 200 SP's are linked to the Sichuan Unicom through the local gateway. Traditional SP linkage through message gateways can not accommodate SP management, user management and service management, because it is easy for SP to carry out illegal operations.to harm user's benefit and Unimcom's reputation..For SiChuan Unicom's requirement and the my experience in mobile network maintenance, I was assigned by the company to undertake the project of analysis and design of the SP management system(SPMS)'s functional.This thesis introduces the SPMS overall construction requirement, and then SPMS construction goal, the construction content, the construction scale are described in detail. And the princinples of system design scheme are also described. The design of system framework of SP management is given. Multianalysis system logical structure, order relations service flow, network structure;are given. The SP management, the user management, the management analysis, the connection way, the service provides which to the system accepts and so on the service function operation as well as management system itself moves the maintenance function carries on the detailed analysis, and carried on the SPMS realization according to the above design proposal.The functions of SP management system,which are implemented in this thesis, meets the design requirement,and satisfies the needs of Sichuan Unicom business.
