ETC Application Solution Based On Network Tolling

This paper introduces the background of ETC, the definition of MTC and ETC, the mode and principle of ETC. In the same time, it analyzes the key technology and equipment of ETC. After reviewing and consulting the status of ETC all over the world, analyzing the relation between the MTC and the ETC, it puts forward the solution of the ETC in using the composite tolling technology. After analyzing the condition of application and the characterstics of the ETC, it puts forward the service function of the ETC, the main function of the tolling lane, the layout of the tolling lane, the function and deploying of the equipment in the tolling lane. In the same time, it puts forward the flow of the tolling lane in using the composite solution, the settlement mode and the operation structure. In the end it analyzes the advantage of the ETC in using the composite solution.
