The Research And Implementation On The Key Techniques Of Data Exchange Platform

Aiming at the requirements of information sharing and data exchange during thedevelopment of E-government, this paper proposes using Web Services technology toestablish data exchange platform so that we can convert data of different structure and formatin different systems. Therefore it solves the problem of information isolated point. First, thispaper depicts the whole design scheme of the data exchange platform and several keytechniques referred. Then it expatiates on how to use Web Services to realize the datatransfers, and it gives the solution of the problems in realization. At last, the paper introducesthe design and implementation of the secure platform in the data exchange platform by usingPKI, PMI and Role-based access control.
