With the rapidly development of the computer and the network technology, Web application procedure plays a more and more important role in the application domain. Under this kind of background, according to the requirements of the modern time, how to develop a Web application effectively which is stable reliable and safe is a big question we have to deal with. C/S architecture was widely applied in the past application systems. But there were many problems in the C/S architecture, for instance: when the number of client increases sharply, the performance of the server will weaken greatly because of the overweight of load. At the same time the present Web application encounters more and more cases that many users access database at the same time, therefore a highly effective and safe deposit to the database is a high request. Take the design and the implementation of enterprise short system as a baseline, has analyzed C/S and B/S Architecture characteristic, selected the newest promoted .NET platform, has used APS.NET technology to carries on the implementation of system. Has studied each kind of mechanism of the database access under the .NET platform, dispatched own characteristic of system according to the enterprise, has used SQL Server.NET data provider pond, and reasonably chooses the size of link pond, finally uses the performance monitor which Windows 2000 brings to monitor link pond and so on to be highly effective and safe. For enhancing the efficiency, performance, safe, and achieved three balances, used the reasonable mechanism to realize the enterprise to dispatch the system. The practice indicated in this article research results and the design and the implementation method which the article described are reasonable, practical and feasible.
