This paper is about the current situation of marketing and advisable measure about marketing of the books for the middle and primary schools of our country. Firstly, the author will analyze the publishing house's and the distributing company's, in China, current situation about sale, and characteristic of marketing of the books for the middle and primary schools of our country. Secondly, on the basis of analysis of forepart, the author will give the useable marketing strategy and tactics which is suit to the market of book for the middle and primary schools of our country, and offer some choices and advice about marketing for the publishing house and the distributing company in China. The author hopes to introduce the advanced or modern theory and means of marketing and managing to the publishing house and the distributing company in China. Thus, this will improve level of marketing and managing of the publishing house and the distributing company in China, and promote development of cause of the books for the middle and primary schools of our country. Then, this will be hoped to have active devotion to the cause of the basic education of China.
