The spring up of Internet communication not only lashes the traditional mass communicational media, but also brings a new question to the traditional theories of controlling of news public opinion. Therefore, the studies of controlling of public opinion must be extended to the field of Internet as soon as possible to guide the practice of controlling of public opinion in Internet communication. This paper try to give a systematizing analyze to the difficult points of the controlling of public opinion in Internet communication, and put forward the comprehensive strategies.Firstly, the paper expounds some basic questions about controlling of public opinion in Internet communication, including intention and the characteristics of Internet communications, the basic principles of web public opinion, and how to weigh the freedom and controlling in Internet communication, the controlling strategies in international society and in our country, etc.Secondly, this paper gives a systematizing analyze to the difficult points of the controlling of public opinion in Internet communication, including the predicament of formulating policies and laws in Internet communication, losing efficacy of the social control, the difficult bringing from commercializing mode and the difficult of technology, etc.Thirdly, this paper puts forward strategies, including propping up and controlling of the webs in the background of traditional media, establishing the large-size comprehensive webs to control stress, reinforcing the controlling of policies and laws under the ground of opening and guiding, reinforcing the social control and technologic control, etc.
