In recent years, the development of P2P technology promote its deep application in many fields, especially the combination of P2P and Streaming Media technology brings a new technology — P2PStreaming. This technology uses the excellence of P2P technology to effectively solve the bottleneck of traditional Media Streaming System on the current network with limited bandwidth and resource.CoopStreaming is a scalable P2PStreaming system base-on a uniform model of LV and VOD.First, the paper introduces the actual research, application and platform of P2PStreaming.Then, modeling for the system by math. The model of system assimilates some algorithm and thought of BT, such as pipe, choking, tit-for-tat and so on. On the base modeling the LV of system. Through by the adjustment of model parameters, modeling the VDO of system. The more strict limitation of model parameters on the LV model gets a model of video meeting with high quality of real-time.Reling on stochastic processes and stochastic service system theory to give a initial definition of special scene, and deduces the change rule of data flow on system network with it. Then utilizing stochastic optimization methods to establish the strategy to disperse the data flow on system network. The strategy makes the system network accord with a tcp-friendly condition. The paper uses kinds of clustering analysis methods to handle the data that system monitors and records, and get many useful result for system scheduler and optimization. So the system can achieve the purpose to optimize the algorithms.CoopStreaming has three features: 1) the random choice and scheduler algorithms based-on the combination of static and dynamic strategy highly improve the construct efficiency of P2P network for LV; 2) the use of discrete request and a strategy to eliminate the dependence of client on server solves the circumstance that a great deal of clients request frequently and long on traditional VOD system, and provides a better precision and fluency for VCR; 3) constructing the multiple source synchronization trees and utilizing LV method with static and dynamic strategy to implement video meeting give a capability of more channels with less delay.
