Nowadays, with the progress and development of computer video processingtechnology,computer video processing technology applications in various industriesare increasingly widespread. Its application in the field of television is arousingextensive attention of the related companies and researchers.TV technology is developing rapidly toward digital and multimedia direction andintelligent television designing is a hot issue both at home and abroad. RT-SET’sLarus virtual studio system, BLUESET television system of ORAD company havebeen widely used at home and abroad. Besides, virtual advertising fusion systemdeveloped by Hangzhou DianZhi University has achieved the integration of virtualobjects with real-time video and applications on live television programs, obtainingconsiderable economic and social benefits.In live television,a lot of staff have often been required to participate in the livescene for a national television station or provincial television, which requires moreprofessional broadcast quality. This investment in human and material resources areable to bear and worthwhile. With the development of society and culture, more andmore local TV stations,companies and community TV stations demand livebroadcasting. These stations’ quality and standards of the broadcast do not need to beso high a standard as the national television. It will waste a lot of financial andmaterial resources if the site is equipped with professionals and professionalequipment.This paper focuses on the research about key technologies of the LiveBroadcasting System, design and implementation of the entire system. The researchwork and innovations are as follows:First, according to the special requirements of Live Broadcasting System, theLive Broadcasting System has been achieved by video mosaic, hot area identified hotarea tracking technology programs and other step. Then, the system hardware andsoftware environment has been designed and by experiments, the final scheme andparameters are determined.Secondly, we research the video image stitching technology, and carry on theexperiment. The video mosaic function was designed and implemented,which based on SURF feature detection technology. Ultimately we complete video mosaicsubsystem.Finally, we design and implement live the video broadcast subsystem. In order toachieve unmanned live broadcast function, this paper presents the concept of the hotzone, designs a detection algorithm and an algorithm to track and broadcast it.
