Since the end of last century, the non-smoke war of the media become more and more intensive. The media has to offload the posture marked with "media determined" and begin to re-orientate his own social part. They realize the principal theory of "market centric" . On the one hand, try to make all kinds of endeavor for the enhancement of content quality which based on the instructive tenet "content is all" . On the other hand, passively joint with market and national criteria in the field of management, induce newly market conception and seek for more development chance. The media was so called "the forth industry" and "the most profitable industry of 21-century" , during the process of outstanding industry attribute appeared, they also begin to find balance between obligation and development. The Chinese news-periodicals which my thesis talked about face the same question.The thesis follow the basic clue of status analysis question first, raise question then and opinion provided last. From the history to reality, deeply interpret the whole condition of the present news-periodicals. The core part discuss from two sides: one is content production and the other is marketable running. The whole was divided into four chapters:The first chapter, expatiate the notion of news-periodical and retrieve the history of it. Especially conclude the mainly feature and classify it into three types. The second chapter, aim at the panorama of content production, talked about the topic planned field arrangedN writing style and format design, mixed with the pros and cons. The third chapter, analysis the marketable running including the conformity of inner resource .. improvement of ad. and publish, flexible capital running. The forth chapter, by way of scanning of all aspects, talked about the original factor the emergent question faced updated and heading tendency of Chinese news-periodicals.
