The armor plate side exscind system is the pivotal equipment for the middle plate production factory. Its well-balanced and high efficiency run is one of the necessary conditions of the high quality and high field for the middle plate product line .The nip-deliver roller system is the hard core in the armor plate side exscind system, so its reliability and veracity is very impotent. The development of technology of the computer and intellectual control can offer a nicer platform for high quality control of the nip and deliver roller system. The manipulative precision of the original system is not well .So the contribution of both side is disproportion .Because that the armor plate is always deflection in the nip process, which made the plate be deposed. Aim at these problem, we put forward the project that make use of Fuzzy-PID control which based on NN to completely settle the problem. The project combine the NN model consult self adapt modern intelligent control theory and current digital technology and apply this theory to follow adjust the moment of electromotor, which correspond control the moment of many electromotor. Inc a mainframe (adopt speed and current both closed loop system), seven frae electromotor (adopt NN model consult self adapt adjuster). Main content described in this article is as follows: (1)Brief introduction of the appearance, solving and effect of this problem (2)Introduce the Fuzzy control arithmetic.
