| With the development of modern industry and technology development, plating is widely used, and closely related to people’s daily life.With modern market competition becoming increasingly fierce, plating enterprises urgently need to improve the production efficiency and the quality of plating products.Therefore, research on plating production process automatic monitoring and automatic control technology of plating machine controller has important application value.Plating for the cylindrical,this paper presents a design of horizontal shaft roller plating machine controller based on embedded system.The design mainly consists of four modules:workpiece rotational speed control module, temperature control module, the anode mesh position control module, and the plating liquid level control module.The controller system adopts ARM chip as the main controller, combined with the plating process parameters affecting, emphatically elaborated the plating process the motion module and temperature control module.In the speed control module, the current speed double closed loop DC speed regulation mode, and design for the system of the current, speed regulator;In the plating solution temperature control module, using fuzzy PID intelligent temperature control method. And use the cooling unit as an example, build a simulation model in the MATLAB Smulink, then compare and analyze Traditional PID Temperature Control and Fuzzy-PID temperature control results. The software part of system adopts portable suitable for multi task scheduling the operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ, and give the corresponding control modules of a simple software design. |
