The system is consisted of C/S structure with.Net as developing environment and SQL SEVER as background database, it closely integrated with other management system via current computer network and centralized database.The system operation state shows that the design of the system is successful and the goal is reached up simultaneously. The system established will raise the efficiency of quality decision process, dynamically monitor the quality inspection process and analyze the data during production. The system optimizes the resources of all kinds of process information to realize the high level quality management in relative work station, such as steelmaking, continuous casting, hot rolling, heat treatment and pipe finishing, it realizes lean production and it also improve the capability of reaction to the market risk as well as the corporation core competition.The system is of high practical value, for it is not only a computer system but also a advanced quality management platform, it is a bridge to contact the strategy of total quality management and detail deployment.
