Real-time embedded system is widely used in the fields of industry, trade and military so on. The software and the hardware of Real-time embedded system are closely integrates in together. There are many differences in the software programming between Real-time embedded system and general-purpose computer system.This paper revolve around the airborne synthetic aperture radar data processing computer software engineering design development, combines the knowledge and the methodology of software engineering, concretely researched the software engineering design method and the realization technology under Real-time embedded system. The present paper has launched the research on following three aspects content.It is given mat the software engineering about the requirements analysis and program design of the airborne synthetic aperture radar data-processing computer system. The system physical model and requirements logical model is studied using the data flow diagram requirements specification technique in the requirements analysis, then to specify the definition of requirements. The software modeling and design characteristics of this system is discussed using the software engineering theory in the system design, and the system software architecture with multi-tasks scheduler is given using the structured design method; finally to specify each module design in detail.Some essential software design techniques which meet in the project is chosen to launch special study in the project. The real-time embedded system multi-tasks scheduling and the interrupt processing programming method and the principle is given, the finite state transition table analytic method which is used to analysis complex logical control on the real-time system is given, the VMEbus interface programming on the real-time embedded system is given.The software faults which meet in the project experimentation is discussed in detail. It is given mat the technical method and solution about debug these software faults.
