Research On Architecture Of Networked Power Telecontrol And Realization In Master Station

The power telecontrol system is an important part of power system automatization. With the development of technology such as computer, network, communication, automatization and so on, it becomes the trend that the power system automatization aims at the direction of master station functional integration, open system architecture, networked interconnection from local to whole. So the open and networked architecture also becomes the goal of power telecontrol system.In this paper, we firstly analyse the functions, history and current status of power telecontrol system, and design the networked architecture of substation, master station and communication network through Refering the substation automatization protocol IEC61850, which fits current conditions and future development trend. And then , on the base of understanding open technology sufficiently, we construct the open software architecture of telecontrol system, which fits the networked architecture, and discuss the function of every interface. At last, we design open graphic platform by using the technology such as COM/DCOM, XML and so on, and validate the correctness of the graphic platform design through programming.
