| With the rapid development of electronics technology, computer technology andcommunication technology, a higher requirement is brought forward on functions andcapabilities of the telecontrol communication system. It has been a trend to transmitpower information based on network. Because IEC 61850 has the advantages ofhierarchy, uniform object-oriented modeling and adaptability of different networksand so on, it has been selected as the base of seamless telecontrol communicationarchitecture.This paper analyzes the IEC 61850 standard and we focus on the two methods oftechnology of parsing XML, then we study the notation and the encoding rules ofASN.1. On the basis of understanding IEC 61850 and for the purpose of improving theefficiency of power communication, we put forward a method of mpping beteenASN.1 and XML, and gives an ASN.1 encoder/decoder's design and implementation. |
