The monitoring of temperature and humidity has gone through stages of manual measurement, distributed instrument control, centralized computer monitoring, distributed monitoring, and with the development of science, it was put forward new requirements, such as real-time monitoring, network and intelligent monitoring etc.In this paper, a temperature and humidity intelligent network monitoring system based on ARM9 was proposed. In-depth study on the basis of wireless communication network, embedded system and fuzzy control algorithm, the paper designed the temperature and humidity data acquisition terminal, communication network, temperature and humidity fuzzy control algorithm, ARM9 monitoring center and PC monitoring software.Temperature and humidity data acquisition terminal mainly realizes to collect the data of temperature and humidity in the industrial field, which includes data storage circuit, watch-dog circuit, serial communication circuit, real-time clock circuit and so on.Communication network includes three kinds of work, such as construction of ZigBee communication network and GSM communication network, design of Local PC and remote PC Ethernet communication. ZigBee communication network is used to implement communication between the data acquisition terminal and ARM9 monitoring center, GSM network is used to implement communication between the system and mobile phone of customers in the long distance, and also realize of Ethernet communication between local PC and remote PC is convenient for the monitoring system to access factory LAN.Temperature and humidity fuzzy control algorithm mainly consist of temperature fuzzy control algorithm, humidity fuzzy control algorithm and temperature and humidity decoupling fuzzy control algorithm. Temperature and humidity decoupling fuzzy control algorithm consider the coupling of temperature and humidity, and try to eliminate the influence of them.In ARM9 monitoring center, the paper mainly completes Linux kernel transplants, file system establishment and relevant driver compiling. Finally, the paper realizes the temperature and humidity real-time monitoring software based on Qt/Embedded, which can be used to display and storage the real-time data, sets the system parameters and the other series of function.PC monitoring software includes local PC client and remote PC client. They perform real-time acquisition, recording, display, analysis, process for datum and other functions.The system has the function of real-time monitoring, intelligent control, data curve drawing, historical data export or import. Experimental results show that the prototype is stable and reliable. It has a good application prospect.
