Global informatization into the development of electronic commerce has opened up broad prospects, e-commerce in many countries developed constantly, the development of online trading in China has also entered a new stage. In 2015, our country put forward the "Internet+" action plan, to promote the healthy development of e-commerce and guide enterprises to go global Internet. But the rapid development of E-commerce, is also facing a variety of challenges. Because effective online customer support e-commerce, customer satisfaction level of e-commerce enterprises naturally become the most important concern, and therefore customer satisfaction Research should keep up with the progress of the development of e-commerce industry.At first, this paper analyzes the background of e-commerce, and summarizes the research situation of domestic and international customer satisfaction to the electronic commerce. On this basis, this paper discusses the characteristics of e-commerce, patterns, customer satisfaction evaluation model and method. Secondly, combining with consumer buying behavior characteristics of the electronic commerce environment, discusses the main factors affecting customer satisfaction in e-commerce environment, and according to the characteristics of network marketing, using the fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and customer empowerment approach, built more practical e-commerce customer satisfaction evaluation index system Again, the paper makes requirements analysis, feasibility analysis, business process analysis and data flow analysis of electronic commerce customer satisfaction evaluation system, and the design of system’s overall function module and database structure; Finally, using c# as development language,. The ASP as development technology, the paper puts forward the system framework based on B/S mode, realized the part of main function of the system. This paper systematically collected through questionnaires important customer and satisfaction assessment of the appropriate indicators, and calculate the total customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction indexes each implied that online retailers to detect and correct customer dissatisfaction factor, to improve business e-commerce performance, improve customer satisfaction to provide advice and guidance.
