Training organization management revolves around customer. In order to facilitate communication with customer and feedback, customer relationship management(CRM) needs to provide a variety of communication channels. Customer relationship management(CRM) oftraining institutions emphasizes communication with customer and feedback management and acquires customer needs through the communication and feedback. Therefore, this article designs a customer relationship management system for education training institutions, to realize a customer-centered integrated marketing management.First of all, based on the detailed analysis ofthe needs of the customer relationship management in education training institutions, the author made a design about education and training institutions, it includes user management, user permission management based on the role, customer management, communication record management, purchase record management, sales opportunity management, training management, customer acquisition phase analysis, class management and cross-selling analysis, etc. Among them, using the genetic algorithm, the author analyzed the larger customer data and finds out the features of the customers who are interested in the products. The system uses neural network algorithm to extract the useful information and apply it in cross-selling. That is, the information of customers who once took the training courses, their purchase records and sales opportunities as the input samples, the customer’s future purchase behavior as the output, to forecast the possibility that a customer will purchase a future class product and find out the most likely customers who will buy current class.Then, based on the above analysis and demonstration, this paper designs and realizes thecustomer relationship management system for education training institutions based on web. The system uses the c # language and ASP.NET dynamic web technology, database using relational database SQLServer2008.Finally, the test prove that the customer relationship management(CRM) system for training institutions can perform good customer information management for small and medium-sized training institutions and improve the core competitiveness of the training institutions.
