| The informatization of academic management in vocational college is requirements of modernization of higher education, of deepening teaching reform, of fostering Innovative talents, of improving service level and management efficiency.Vocational colleges have developed quickly in the recent decade. The training objectives of vocational colleges are connected with position requirements and aim to foster high professional personnel in manufacturing, construction, management and service fields. It's related to region industry chain, which decides on the diversity, adaptability and flexibility of majors in vocational colleges. While the quality and efficiency of academic management has a direct effect on teaching quality.In order to improve the whole level of teaching management, vocational colleges must introduce and integrate into advanced educational ideology and management concept. And what's more, it's necessary to adopt information technology devices and design Information System for Teaching Management so as to realize computerization and automation in teaching management work.Based on the present informatization construction of academic management in our college, this thesis carries out a discussion on the problems in the process of construction of Academic Management Informationization in vocational colleges. The thesis consists of seven chapters which explain the function, framework and construction of Information System for Teaching Management of vocational college. In view of comprehensive academic management software based on Internet and the Campus Network, colleges can achieve centralized management of academic information, scattering operation, and information sharing. Besides, it makes academic management digital, paperless, intelligent and comprehensive and at the same time gives a solid foundation for further implementation of perfect computer academic management system and college information system. |
