Vocational School Teaching Skill Equipped With The Design And Implementation Of Network Management System

Most management system of teaching technology’s equipment of vocational schools are on the basis of property management today. However, the property management can not manage the all process that used in the teaching technology’s equipment, in a only system. Management of teaching technology’s equipment should be finished step by step according to regular operating process by every department from the point of process in current vocational schools. That is to say, management of teaching technology’s equipment in vocational schools is such a process-oriented management that it can be planned and controlled according to the mode of process management. Corresponding operation is done by each department and personnel in schools on each node of process, the final service purpose is obtained by means of the completion of tasks of each node.In this thesis, design and exploratory study, for universal and customized educational technology equipment management system is given based on above problems. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of developing management system of teaching technology’s equipment which has such characteristics as independence and further development for vocational schools, this study will make the process designing the main line to create the system of using network, to form the fusion process management philosophy and plan process template.The software is developed by using VS2003system and SQL2000database to manage data, then integrating dot NET technology to form WEB database management module based on OA platform. This application platform based on such database management module will guarantee the security of data, which can not only handle a large amount of information, but also have a high processing speed.The management system help the educational technology department to complete all aspects of the work flow management such as budget, purchase, approval, purchase, storage, distribution, use, repair, scrap etc in the daily work in vocational school. This system also has a certain statistics and statements printing function. At the same time, this system is a universal management system and it has complete customized content,. The own management process of each college can be designed according to its current educational technology equipment management.
