With the development of 3G industry, 3GPP industrial alliance excogitated 3G-based LTE(Long Term Evolution) technology became the hot point of the world's communications industry. As one of the standard of LTE communication protocols, independently developed by China which has fully intellectual property, TD-LTE getting more noticed by others.The progress of industrial technology brought us a large number of test systems and major revolution on test platform. For this reason, based on LabVIEW as the program language, this paper proposed a set of Virtual Instrument-based TD-LTE Users Equipment Integrated Testing System design scheme, which Constructed the software platform of this system with correlated test modules, it can supports all the test use case of the current test protocol. This system supports 54 users equipment test use case which regulate by 3GPP TS36.521-1, it can implemented correlating analysis, calculation, graphic display and real-time updating of the test data. It also provides a rich interface for future expansion.The TD-LTE industrial development background and wireless users equipment test technology were presented in the first place. Then focused on the system software and hardware architecture and implementation of core technology, achieved functional design between testing system and user equipment on the communication alternation, enter-net checking, collection and analysis of the data and so on. meanwhile with deeply studied on the control of virtual instrument to hardware. Based on realization of this study, this paper then focus much on the calibration techniques. It introduced the test process of the system at last, and use a use case as an example simply introduced its implementation ways were discussed together with testing data analysis, verified this system be able to do consistency test of the user equipment, basically it attained the design requirement.
